The chain of command begins with our highly trained and licensed Property Managers, each of who have three Associate Managers as support staff. These teams are cross-trained to ensure there’s always a group available to you who is knowledgeable about the history of your building.
When needs do occur, our maintenance personnel are dispatched with real-time tracking and rerouting technology through our in-house command center and computer tablets. Landscaping, maintenance and janitorial crews are tracked with the same technology and real time property specific information is sent back to managers and board members. And property inspectors pay visits to check for common needs, such as light bulbs, batteries and trash removal, as well as to personally monitor the work done by onsite crews. To round it out, Westward has full accounting and legal processing departments to assist your property when these needs arise.
