At Westward, our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers while promoting a fair, competitive bidding process to vendors. We only send requests for quotes to vendors specified by our clients or those found in our web-based vendor management system. Our online system provides each vendor with a uniform bid format for each project’s scope of work, a timely bid deadline and unbiased post-bidding results, streamlining the process and ensuring equal opportunity for vendors and an ”apples to apples” comparison for our customers.
Our software allows us to rate vendors on a number of criteria.
Only vendors with three or more stars are considered for bidding.
We have over 500 preferred vendors in our system.
Our Staff of Property Inspectors
For miscellaneous needs (keys, lockboxes, site surveys, security, postings, etc.) our property inspection fleet makes sure the small things are taken care of.
Our fleet of Westward vehicles allows us to make routine property visits and take care of small requests quickly.
