OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Seeking an Operations Assistant; experience working with contractors and vendors is preferred. The candidate must possess a professional presence on the phone, the ability to multi-task; have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time-management skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls

Respond to customer emails

Enter work orders on behalf of homeowners

Dispatch service companies

Manage and update work orders and reports

Complete projects as appointed by management

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help manage Senior level Property Manager’s portfolio. We are looking for a passionate and motivated team player who will bring his or her experience to assist in driving our continued growth. In this role you will be encouraged to bring your “A” game and serve alongside management to do what it takes to achieve the departmental and company goals. Under limited supervision, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating management of the portfolio’s maintenance, onsite personnel and day-to-day operational activities.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with owners, board members, lenders, management, etc.

Create and/or oversee physical maintenance, improvements and construction

Achieve financial performance that is in accordance with the owners objectives and supported by budgets and periodic financial reporting

Maintain and file appropriate corporate records

Attend periodic evening board meetings
